Supply Chain ManagementQuestion: How can I find a valuable mentor to help me in my Supply Chain Management career?

Answer: Finding a mentor can be a difficult task, but it can also be very easy. If you are currently working the Supply Chain department within your current organization, there may be someone within the organization that can serve as a valuable mentor.  If there is no one within your organization, then contact a professional organization and ask if they can recommend a professional that can serve as a mentor.    Many times mentors are available through professional organizations and many of them will encourage you to get your professional certification.  That designation sets you apart from others in the career field.
