Supply Chain ManagementQuestion: How is a Supply Chain Management resume different than a normal business resume? Is there anything unique about what you should put on a Supply Chain Management resume?

Answer: A Supply Chain Management resume, unlike a normal business resume needs to highlight the accomplishments of the career.  When creating a resume for a Supply Chain Management position, keep in mind the hiring manager wants to see accomplishments, not necessarily your daily tasks that are performed.  The Supply Chain Management duties often affect the bottom line financially for the organization, it is key to show how your accomplishments positively affected the bottom line profitability of the organization.  Also make sure your certifications are highlighted on the resume, either with the acronyms following your name or an area on the resume that highlights your credentials.
