Supply Chain ManagementQuestion: Is Supply Chain Management something that is dealt with mostly in the US, or is it truly an international industry?

Answer: Supply Chain Management is truly and international industry.  Probably more international than most industries you can think of.  It is not odd for a Supply Chain professional to manage supply chains that span from Africa to India to China and then to the US.  It is not abnormal for a Supply Chain Management professional to do more business internationally than domestically.  This career field is can be one of the most rewarding and exciting opportunities for a professional to embark on.
