Supply Chain ManagementQuestion: What are employers looking for in a Supply Chain Management professional?

Answer: When interviewing for any position it is important to research the company as thoroughly as possible.  Learn as much as possible about the organization, what they do and what the corporate beliefs are.  Once these things are understood, the applicant should then think of ways to explain how their background and knowledge will be an asset to the Supply Chain Management position.  It is impressive to be able to let the hiring manager know you have a vision for the position.  Make sure, however, your vision is in line with what the company’s plans are for the position.
