Supply Chain ManagementQuestion: What should a Supply Chain Management professional consider when being offered a job?

Answer: The Supply Chain Management professional should consider multiple things when being offered a job.  One thing that must be considered is whether this is truly an opportunity for you.  A couple of critical questions that should be answered before accepting the position (or not accepting it) 1.  What are the benefits of accepting this job?  2) What long term benefits does this job offer me?  The other thing to consider when being offered a job is how the organization and the job align with your career goals. Also look at the opportunity for growth (long term and short term).  Accepting a job with an organization is a career move and it can enhance your career growth or it can be the demise of your career.
